A skip immidiatly puts the defense on thier heels. What you do after the skip is entirley up to you. Here are some options.

D R I L L : ( 50x ) ( 25x ) ( 15x )

Crossover, Continuous, (Pull Back)

R E Q U I R E M E N T S :

- Must have a good wide base for the duration of the drill

- Feet must be spread in drop position

​

- Must complete without messing up

​

- Must pull elbow back to create delayed dribble
